The museum offers a wide variety of artifacts ranging from antique dairy displays to a large display of farm machinery. Among the prized treasures of the museum is a 1500 year old arrow head. A must see at the museum is a rare Albino moose.

Annual events at the museum include a pancake breakfast and an antique tractor parade, held on the Sunday of Heritage Weekend.

The Old Hospital Gallery & Museum
Located right in Manning. Built as an United Church Missionary Hospital, the Battle River Hospital was a key reason for the development of the Town of Manning. Built in 1937 by community volunteers, and operated by missionaries, the Battle River Hospital was one of the first buildings in the area. It quickly became an integral part of the region.

Battle River Agricultural Society Fair & Rodeo
The rodeo is put on annually by the Battle River Agricultural Society and has always been Manning’s most attended event. Rodeo enthusiasts come from all over to watch and participate in the events in July.
